Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment being received. Orders are not processed on weekends or bank holidays.

UK Delivery We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over the value of £50. Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days once dispatched.

International Shipping We currently do not ship to international destinations.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at via the contact form within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
